Project 1: Smart Home Installation for property in Vale of Glamorgan.

With a specific vision in mind, Smarta Technology were brought onboard to install a smart home system into a traditional family home.  Our experienced team were responsible for installing smart lighting, heating control and smart security throughout the house, all of which could be managed by user control panels on walls in every room.

The standout feature of this stunning property came in the pool house where smarta installed a state of the art home projector system and lighting control system 0 bringing the home cinema experience into the swimming pool. Please see images of home cinema system.

The project took just over three months to complete where the our team of engineers have demonstrated a wide range of skills to not only create a fully functional and controllable smart home but also to accomplish a good blend of design, functionality and image into a traditional home.

Project 2: Complete Smart Home Automation Installation Cardiff

Regarded as one of the largest price home automation installations of its kind in Wales, Smarta Technology were contracted to completely rewire a newly refurbished 6 bedroom property in Cardiff. This challenging project was project managed from start to finish by Smarta Technology where our dedicated team were responsible for integrating a range of systems into one controllable system.  As Smarta Technology are a licensed Control4 installer we integrated the following:Smart Lighting, Smart Heating, Home Cinema, Home Theater System and Smart Security System

Following the completion of this project, we are proud of the standard of finish and this home demonstrates the true meaning of the phrase “Smart Home” with all appliances integrated effectively through wall mounted control panels, smart controls and mobile devices including the iPad and iPhone.

Home Cinema Room

In the newly created Home Cinema room we installed a top of the range wall mounted HD 3D Ready Television with flexible wall bracket to enable the Television to be turned 180 degrees in a clockwise direction. To support the televisions outstanding visual performance we installed ceiling fitted speakers capable of producing 5.1 surround sound performance to create the perfect atmosphere for the latest Bluray DVD or HD Sport.

To accompany this setup we also installed mood lighting to create the perfect atmosphere for any occasions. The smart lighting controls can enable each light to be dimmed either by wall wall mounted switches or through Control4 Devices including the iPhone4 and iPad.

 

 

Smart Lighting

Throughout the house we have installed smart lighting to not only enhance the appearance of the home but to also work as part of a smart security system. The lighting control system is also industry recognised as a key component in energy saving, using less power than standard light switches and through a lighting control system lights can be switched off on a timer if and when required to save energy.

Sauna and Walk In Shower

One of the key features of this property was the need for a walk in shower and sauna. It was important at the design

stage of this aspect of the house that we not only introduce the best lighting for the room but we also had suitable extractor fans to handle the steam produced. The shower boasts an impressive lighting system and music can be played into the room from speakers installed in the wall from the central music library. All of which is controlled using Control4.

Control4 – The Smart way to control your home.

This was the perfect project to demonstrate the award winning control4 home automation system due to the number of functions that could becontrolled in the home. The Smarta Technology team have enabled music to be played in different areas of the home – from wake up music in the childrens bedrooms as an alarm clock, to broadcasting the televisions sound into the kitchen so you don’t miss anything if you pop to get a drink. The most impressive thing about this technology is that it can be controlled from anywhere, so if you want to check on your security cameras while at work or on holiday with just a simple click of a button you can see everything in and around your home.

Project 3: Home Cinema System Installation at 3 bedroom house in Newport, South Wales.

Smarta Technology were contracted by a large family in Newport whom were looking to make the most of their home cinema room. The family required a modern home cinema system with a large 60 inch 3D ready television, integrated wireless speaker system and additional home automation control for spotlights, electric heating and shutter blind.

Using the highly recommended and market leading control 4 automation management system, Smarta Technology integrated all lights, media center, heating, shutter blinds and home security system though a bespoke user interface for the downstairs kitchen,  living room, hallways and home theater room. The bespoke system was created with our clients needs in mind enabling easy access to functions from wall mounted control panel, iPhone and iPad.

The media center installed is one of the best available on the market enabling the new wall mounted 3D television to access a wide range of web based content from websites such as Youtube and BBC iPlayer, while also providing easy access to a large library of mp3 music. The system also took advantage of internet ready television facilitating access to social media websites Facebook and Twitter on the large wall mounted television screen.

Project 4: Home Automation Installation for Penthouse Apartment in Swansea Bay, South Wales.

Smarta Technology were approached to install a smart home automation system into a brand new penthouse apartment with blank canvas in Swansea, South Wales.

Smarta Technology, an approved reseller of Control 4 systems created a bespoke premium home cinema system to provide the best sound and visual performance available on the market. We also created a media center with the capacity to store over 6tb of music, dvd and bluray media to be easily accessible from the HD Television, Office Laptop or iPad.

The customer required a smart home automation system which integrated a premium home cinema and surround sound system, interactive multiroom media center, mood lighting and a touch screen user interface using the award winning Control 4 Technology.

To save energy and create mood lighting while watching films, Smarta Technology installed lighting control systems in the living room with dimmer switches accessible on both the walls and through other control devices including a remote control, iPad and iPhone devices. All lighting control was retrofitted and cables were hidden with minimal reconstructive work.

The control of satellite, media center, dvd and amp was accomplished through using Control4.

Smarta Technology was proud to complete the entire project within the agreed 4 week period to an exceptional standard.
